Graduating High School Seniors, click here to download an application with complete rules and program details. Then answer the question, Whats Bugging You? by either writing an essay, painting or drawing a picture, or creating a computer illustration. Return your completed application along with either your written or artistic explanation of whats bugging you. Whether its trying to find a solution for the homeless in your hometown or just a menu change at your favorite food place, its up to you.

Application packets must be postmarked by February 29, 2008. Winners will be notified by phone and mail on or before April 10, 2008.

6 graduating high school seniors will each receive a $2,000 Achievement Award.
22 graduating high school seniors (1 per county) will each receive a $500 Achievement Award.
